The JSTOR digital archive currently offers more than 12 million articles from more than 2 800 leading academic journals across the humanities, social sciences, and natural sciences. The entire back runs of journals (from volume 1, issue 1) are always included until the “moving wall”, which represents the time period between the last issue available in JSTOR and the most recently published issue of a journal. The majority of journals in the archive have moving walls of between 3 and 5 years. JSTOR archive also offers more than 100,000 books, and millions of images and primary source materials in 75 disciplines.
