Jižní Město Library
Only registered users with a valid school ID card may use the study room and services. You may register in person at the loan desk in Žižkov or Jižní Město, or complete the registration online.
Upon entering the library, you must produce your school ID card and report any brought-in literature that is yours.
We provide
- loans to be taken home (loans) or to the study room (for reference only)
- access to electronic information resources
- computers with access to the Internet and to search in electronic information resources
- wifi (Eduroam)
- reference services
- printing and scanning
- depositing of money to the ID card for printing and scanning

Library Services
At the loan desk you may obtain information about library collections and services, we will help you with search in the catalogue, with order or search of materials, or lend you the headphones. There is a network printer and scanner next to the loan desk.
There are books for reference only (books marked by a red label on the top of the spine) and books for loans (books to be taken out for 1 month), lecture notes, magazines/journals and daily press available in open access. The books for the loans can be also ordered in the Library Catalogue. Ordered books will be available by the next day, you can pick them up at the loan desk in the study room.
