Update to GenAI citation rules according to APA

On 9 September 2025, the American Psychological Association (APA) revised its guidelines for citing generative artificial intelligence:

• it is now possible to cite not only an AI tool in general but also a specific chat,
• APA is now addressing how to cite GenAI integrated into software or applications,
• reference to the tool’s model is no longer mandatory,
• the author is identified as the developer organisation.

These changes have already been incorporated into the citation guidelines available on the library website.
