Scopus Profile
The researcher’s profile is automatically created when publications are indexed and is linked to the Scopus ID. Researchers can edit their profile, add missing publications, correct information, or link the profile to ORCID.
How to manage your profile?
1. Signing into the database
To be able to edit profiles in the database, you need to log in using your personal account (the same credentials as for InSIS):

Log in to the Scopus database and search for your profile using the “Author Search” function. Once you’ve found your profile, click on “Edit profile” to modify author details (preferred name format, affiliation):

Check the list of publications assigned to your profile and remove any that do not belong to you. Add missing publications manually or review the database’s automatic suggestions:

If you have more than one profile, you can request to merge them using the “Request to merge authors” function:
