Borrowing and Returning Books at the End of the Year
Returning Books:
During library closure, books can be returned via the bibliobox located at the entrance of the old building.
Borrowing Books:
- On-site loans from the Žižkov study room will be provided starting Thursday, 19th December 2024, by arrangement. The return date will be set for 2nd January 2025 with no extensions allowed. From 3rd January 2025, a late fee of 50 CZK per working day will be charged for unreturned on-site books. The library is not obliged to lend books from on-site collections and reserves the right to refuse a loan.
- Interlibrary loan services will not be processed between 23rd December 2024 and 2nd January 2025.
- Books can be ordered during the library closure and will be ready for pickup on 2nd January 2025 (excluding books located at Točná and Chris Tame Library).
